The Holston

The apartment is very comfortable, smells amazing and has everything you need (in-site laundry room, dishwasher, central A.C., spacious kitchen w/ isle, balcony or yard, awesome mountain views, and much more!). The management company is great. Alysha has been beyond fantastic!!! She helped us a lot, answered all our questions before moving-in, explained to us everything related to the community and she excels at making sure every detail was taken care of. The process went smoothly and super fast. We toured the whole community (and different units) on Friday, and the next Monday everything was ready. We moved on Tuesday. The building is new and well kept. Amenities are fabulous: beautiful pool area, nice spotless gym, many BBQ areas, coworking spaces and conference room, coffee bar, electric car charging stations. Everything is exceptionally clean and works well all the time. Definitely a wonderful place to live. Highly recommended!

Our experience before moving into the Holston was fantastic but once we were in the door, the tune quickly changed. The staff are friendly but they seem not to care about peace disturbance whatsoever. The build quality of these apartments is not high - upstairs neighbors can be heard at all hours (we’ve heard them from 6am all the way until 1am) and when we have brought this up with management, they say they have made a complaint with the neighbors but that we will need to contact the police if we have any further issues; completely neglecting their responsibility to provide a living situation with peaceful enjoyment. The build quality of the cabinetry is also low - the drawers in both the kitchen and bathrooms squeak and do not open or shut smoothly. If you want to live somewhere that you can enjoy peace and quiet, either move into a top floor apartment here or run in the other direction! We are at our wit’s end after pleading with the management to work with us to provide a peaceful environment and nothing being done. I don’t know what else to do!

I recently visited the Holston to survey the area and was blown away from the professionalism in the leasing office. Austin showed me around the property and I was very impressed with everything I saw. His attention to detail made this property stand out. Austin, Alysha and Sarah work great as a team and I highly recommend anyone looking to check them out!
